Step 1: Why be Lazy

The biggest thing about losing weight is consistency! working out can be once a week or twice however, if you came up with a plan to stay consistent with your workouts then you could quickly break your lazy ways and drop that bad weight the college life somehow adds on!! So follow my instructions and lets get that lazy weight off of you ASAP!
  1. Develop a plan/schedule
  2. Follow instructions
  3. Get Fit!
